Nami Venture Partners Fellows Program
Nami Venture Partners is building an AI-native venture firm from the ground up. We are starting with the Venture Terminal: a new kind of infrastructure for how investors and founders connect, learn, and work together.
The Fellows Program runs in 12-week cohorts throughout the year. Each cohort focuses on a different problem that matters to the next stage of Nami Venture Partners. Fellows work directly on the systems that make this possible. You might build an agent skill, design a new workflow, turn a research insight into a distribution loop, or create the relationships that make the network more valuable.
The specific work changes with each cohort. The underlying goal is the same: build the systems, intelligence, and relationships that make venture work more connected, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous.
What Fellows Work On
The specific work changes with each cohort. Fellows work across three connected areas:
Build the Network
Design the systems, agent skills, and workflows that help the right founders, investors, and opportunities find one another.
Build the Narrative
Turn ideas, research, and work into things that travel. Build the systems and distribution loops that help the right ideas reach the right people: through writing, video, open-source work, research, products, or new formats.
Build the Relationships
Build relationships with the people who make the network stronger: founders, builders, investors, researchers, and others shaping what comes next. Design the systems and interactions that help those relationships compound over time.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are curious about what venture could become, and willing to build before the playbook exists.
- AI-native. You use agents, coding tools, and automation as part of how you work.
- High agency. You see a problem, figure out what needs to happen, and make progress without waiting for permission or a perfectly defined task.
- Fast and experimental. You are comfortable with ambiguity, short feedback loops, and changing direction when reality teaches you something new.
- A builder at heart. You like turning ideas into something real: a system, a product, a piece of research, a relationship, or a body of work.
- Curious about the next game. You may want to become a founder, investor, researcher, or something that does not have a name yet. You believe the way venture works can change, and you want to explore what comes next.
No degree required. Dropouts welcome. Titles don't matter. Mindset does.
